what comes in my order?
each order includes your selected twopale product(s), carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. if your item requires accessories (such as a charging cable or lid), these will be included in the box.
how does payment & shipping work?
orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. worldwide delivery usually takes 6-10 business days (varies by location).
tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
can i track my order?
once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
what happens if my item arrives damaged?
if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. we’ll make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
how do refunds work?
